Who is this checkup for
The Basic Health Checkup-1 is a starter screening package for adults who want a regular look at the main organs and risk factors: blood counts, blood sugar, liver, kidney, cholesterol and thyroid. It suits young and middle-aged adults without known illness, people starting their annual health habit, and anyone who has not tested for a year or more.
What the main groups of tests tell you
- Complete blood count: anaemia, infection and platelet problems
- Fasting blood sugar: early signs of diabetes or pre-diabetes
- Liver function tests: liver health and the effect of medicines or fatty liver
- Kidney function tests: how well the kidneys filter, uric acid and electrolytes
- Lipid profile: cholesterol and triglycerides, which affect heart risk
- Thyroid function (T3, T4, TSH): underactive or overactive thyroid
How often should you repeat it
Once a year is common for healthy adults. If a result is borderline, your doctor may advise repeating specific tests in three to six months. People with diabetes, high blood pressure or a family history of heart disease may need more frequent or additional tests. Screening packages do not replace medical advice.
Collection and reports
Home sample collection is available in Delhi and Noida, or you can visit our lab in Okhla. Reports are shared digitally. Please bring or send any earlier reports so that your doctor can compare values over time.
