Why an annual employee health checkup
A yearly health check helps employees detect problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease and anaemia at an early stage, when they are easier to manage. For employers, healthier teams mean fewer sick days and a safer workplace, and the checkup is often part of a wellness policy or benefits plan.
Designing the right package
- Basic package for all staff: blood count, sugar, liver, kidney, lipid and thyroid
- Extended or executive packages for senior staff or employees above a set age
- Add-ons such as ECG, chest X-ray, vitamin D and B12 as per your budget
- Role-based add-ons such as lung function or audiometry for exposed workers

Running the programme
For small teams, employees can visit our lab in Okhla at set slots. For larger teams, we can plan on-site sample collection at your office in Delhi, Noida or Gurugram, around shifts and with sufficient staff so that waiting time is short. Reports go to each employee, and to your HR contact if you choose.
Planning tips

Do you offer discounted rates for large teams?
Rates depend on headcount, location and test mix, and are confirmed in the quotation.
Can reports go to employees directly?
Yes. We can send each report to the employee and share summary reports with HR only as you decide.

Yes. Share headcount, address and tests needed and we will plan it with you.
Do you offer on-site health checkups at our office?

Which tests are part of a pre-employment medical?
It depends on the job role and your company policy. A typical panel has blood and urine tests, chest X-ray, ECG, pulmonary function test and audiometry. We can add or remove tests to match your requirement.
Can candidates visit the lab with a referral letter?
Yes. Employers can send candidates with a referral letter, and candidates can book a lab visit. Selected tests can also be done at home.
How and when will we receive the reports?
Reports are shared digitally with the HR contact you nominate. Turnaround depends on the tests and is confirmed in your quotation.
Are employee results confidential?
Yes. We follow defined protocols for patient identification, sample handling and confidentiality. Results go to the employee and to the contact your company nominates.
Do you give a fitness decision?
We provide the test results. The final fitness decision stays with the employer and their medical officer.
Do you work with insurers, TPAs and overseas recruitment agencies?
Yes, we do medical testing for insurance and for people travelling abroad for work. Requirements differ by insurer and destination country, so please share the requirement letter or checklist with us before you send candidates.
